Morning Meditation Community

Join us any day or 7-days per week for Morning Meditation!

The format is simple:

  • Candle Lighting

  • Guided 10 minutes of Prana breathing

  • 30 minutes -silent meditation… your personal practice -- Mantra, Breath, Mindfulness, Prayer… you can choose your method.

  • Ending with a short inspirational reading for the day

The whole morning meditation is about 45-50 minutes in duration.  You are welcome to attend live with or without your camera on... warning some people arrive in pjs 😉.  At the end you may leave immediately or stay on for conversations.
